The tender content:
CityOn Xidihang (Xi'an) Shopping Mall Project 2024 November event planning and execution
Qualification requirements:
1. The bidder must be legally registered within the People's Republic of China and have independent corporate legal status; with the corresponding qualifications and the ability to perform the contract, and possess the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources;
2. The bidder's registered capital must be more than 500,000 RMB, and be able to issue a value-added tax special invoice;
3. Have good commercial reputation and the ability to fulfill contracts;
4. Have no illegal, irregular, disciplinary, or default behavior in previous tender procurement activities;
5. The bidder must provide proof of cooperation in similar large commercial center projects within the past 2 years (based on the winning notice or contract);
6. The bidding company must have authorization for this project;
7. Tender does not accept joint bids.
Registration materials:
1. Valid copy of business license (stamped with company seal);
2. Copy of tax registration certificate (stamped with company seal); a three-in-one certificate is not required;
3. Copy of organizational structure code (stamped with company seal); a three-in-one certificate is not required;
4. Valid enterprise qualification certificate (stamped with company seal);
5. List of similar projects completed within the past 2 years, along with major project contract copies;
6. Company profile;
7. Tax department's letter, certificate, or the "Value-added Tax General Taxpayer Selection Simple Method Collection Record" issued by the tax department (if applicable);
8. Financial audit report or financial statements (stamped with company seal) within the past three years.
Registration process:
Please first visit CityOn Xidihang (Xi'an) Shopping Mall to confirm the scope and standards of services, and then provide the materials (which will not be returned), after providing the materials, wait for instructions to pick up the tender documents.
