★ Qualification requirements:


1. The bidder must be legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person; have the corresponding qualification and the ability to perform the contract.


2. The registered capital of the bidding unit shall be more than 2 million yuan, and a special VAT ticket can be issued;


3. Have a good business reputation and the ability to perform contracts;


4. There are no violations, violations of discipline or breach of contract in previous bidding and procurement activities;


5. The bidder needs to provide a certificate of similar fire-fighting facilities, equipment maintenance and upgrading in the past 3 years (subject to the notice of winning the bid or contract);


6. The tenderer does not accept the bidding of the consortium.


★ Registration information:


1. Valid business license (color copy stamped with the official seal of the unit);


2. Qualification of social fire technical service system (copy with the official seal of the unit);


3. The performance list of similar projects contracted within three years, and a copy of the main project contract is attached;


4. Company profile;


Enterprise financial statements or corporate financial audit reports within two years.

This inquiry will not arrange a unified on-site survey, and each intended unit will go to this project to determine the service scope and standards before submitting the registration materials (this information will not be returned);


Xidi Port (Xi'an) Shopping Center will be screened according to the collected registration information and determine the bidding unit; the losing unit will not be notified.
