II. Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation, maintenance and management of desktop computer software and hardware and other ancillary hardware facilities (such as printers, scanners, projections, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of the desktop system and meet the needs of daily work;


2. Responsible for the monitoring and management of the operation of network equipment, servers and security systems, the maintenance and management of the company's integrated wiring system, and the daily inspection of the equipment room and computer room;


3. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of telephone and video conferencing systems;


4. Responsible for shopping center sales data collection equipment, system inspection and troubleshooting;


5. Responsible for the inspection and troubleshooting of shopping center-related business systems (WIFI, passenger flow, CRM, WeChat, parking lot system);


6. Write operation and maintenance technical documents, and statistically sort out the operation and maintenance data;


7. Complete other relevant work assigned by the leader.


III. Job requirements:


1. Have excellent computer software and hardware knowledge, be able to quickly judge software and hardware failures, and be able to guide users to use various types of software specified by the company, such as Windows, Office, Outlook, anti-virus software, etc. Familiar with the support and maintenance of multi-functional composite machines (covering functional copying, printing, scanning), video conferencing and other equipment;


2. Familiar with the construction and maintenance of Windows operating system, AD domain/DNS, WEB site, VPN, FTP, E-Mail, virtual platform and other environments;


3. Have basic network knowledge and a certain understanding of relevant network equipment and integrated wiring;


4. Familiar with the daily inspection process of the computer room, such as server, storage, precision air conditioning, UPS, etc.;


5. Have good service awareness and professional quality, conscientious and dedicated work, have a strong sense of responsibility, efficient execution, communication ability and good language expression ability, be able to withstand high-intensity work pressure, and have teamwork spirit;


6. More than three years of IT operation and maintenance experience, shopping center or retail sales system experience is preferred;


7. Computer, information management and information system, e-commerce and other related majors;


8. Observe the company's discipline, obey the company's arrangement, and accept morning and evening working hours.


Qualification requirements:


1. The bidder shall be legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, the company shall be established for more than 3 years, and have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person; have the corresponding qualifications and ability to perform contracts, and have the corresponding capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc.;


2. The registered capital of the bidding unit should be more than 2 million, and a special VAT ticket can be issued;


3. Proof of the bidder's performance in the past three years.
