The tender content:2023 Annual Emergency Lighting System Upgrade and Transformation Project for CityOn Xidihang (Xi'an) Shopping MallQualification requirements:1. The tenderer shall be legally registered within the People's Republic of China, with a company established for more than 3 years and possessing independent enterprise legal person qualifications; with the corresponding qualifications and the ability to perform the contract, and having the ability in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds;2. The registered capital of the tendering unit shall be 2 million yuan or above, and it shall be able to issue a value-added tax special invoice;3. Fire service, equipment sales, and construction work qualifications and good commercial reputation;4. No illegal, irregular, disciplinary, or default behavior in previous tender procurement activities;5. The tenderer shall provide the cooperation proof of similar projects within the past 2 years (the selection notice or the contract shall be used as the basis);6. The company shall have purchased public property insurance and employer's liability insurance, with the public property insurance not less than 1 million yuan and the employer's liability insurance not less than 500,000 yuan.Registration materials:1. Valid business license (a copy pasted with the company seal);2. Tax registration certificate (if applicable, a copy pasted with the company seal);3. Organizational structure code (if applicable, a copy pasted with the company seal);4. Valid enterprise qualification certificate (a copy pasted with the company seal);5. Financial audit report of the past two years;6. Fire service, equipment sales, and construction qualifications;Registration process:There will be no unified on-site inspection for this tender procurement. Interested parties shall go to the project to determine the scope and standards of service and submit the registration materials afterward.Xidihang (Xi'an) Shopping Mall will select the invitation-to-bid units based on the collected registration materials and notify the non-selected units in writing.
