Qualification requirements:


1. The quotation must be legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have the status of an independent enterprise legal person; have the corresponding qualifications and the ability to perform the contract, and have the corresponding ability in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.;


2. The registered capital of the quotation unit should be more than 500,000 yuan, and a special VAT ticket can be issued;


3. Have a good business reputation and the ability to perform contracts;


4. There are no violations, violations of regulations, disciplinary violations or breach of contract in previous inquiry and procurement activities;


5. The quoter needs to provide a certificate of cooperation in similar or large-scale property management projects for nearly 2 years (subject to the notice of selection or contract);


6. The quotation company has the authorization of the project;


7. The quotation of the consortium will not be accepted for inquiry.


Registration materials:


1. A valid copy of the business license (copy with the official seal of the unit);


2. Tax registration certificate (copy with the official seal of the unit); the combination of the three certificates may not be provided.


3. Organization code (copy with the official seal of the unit); three certificates in one can not be provided.


4. Valid enterprise qualification certificate (copy stamped with the official seal of the unit);


5. The performance list of similar projects undertaken in the past two years, with a copy of the main project contract;


6. Company profile;


7. Notices and certificates issued by the tax department that can prove that the enterprise is a general taxpayer or the Record Form for the Collection of Simple Methods for General Taxpayers (if any) issued by the tax department.


8. Financial audit reports or financial statements in the past three years.
